When will my order arrive?

Q: What is the standard delivery time frame?

A: We aim to have your order delivered within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

The delivery company will contact you to arrange a time for delivery, and will be your contact for all delivery enquires. Some outlying areas may take a bit longer so please check with your delivery company when they contact you.

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm Local Time.

 

Q: Do I need to sign for my delivery?

A: For all courier deliveries a signature is always required. You can request with the courier that deliveries are left on your property, however this is not advised as you the customer would liable for the goods if they are stolen or lost.

 

Q: Can I redirect to a different address after the bed has left the warehouse?

A: If the bed has left our warehouse you will need to contact the courier managing the delivery to organise a change of address.

 

Can I return an item and get a refund if I'm dissatisfied?
